£10 per session for Drop In's
£ 8 per session if purchasing tokens (minimum 2)
Unused Tokens expire 6 months from date of purchase
Please remember that for optimum results Pilates is best done regularly ie once or twice a week rather than once or twice a month!!
If you are new to Gently Fit and especially if you are new to Pilates, I would appreciate a call, email or text prior to your first class just so that we can have a preliminary communication and I can get to know any particular health/joint/muscle conditions that may mean we have to make some adaptions for you.
FROM 13TH MAY 2024
Newcomers to Gently Fit will be asked to commit to 4 consecutive classes after their initial “see if you like it” class. This is because I really believe that you need a minimum of 4 to learn and understand the basic techniques of Pilates - and how it can be beneficial to practice regularly. After the 4 weeks, if you decide to stay with it, you can go on to the Token System as above.
