Gently Fit can devise tailored sessions focusing on your own health and wellbeing targets and goals.  Specialising in the “Holistic” approach to fitness, Gently Fit will take you through a practical course of health improvements, including:
Pilates or Armchair Pilates

  • Stretching Activities
Gentle Resistance Training 
  • Low-Impact Cardiovascular Exercise
  • Pre and post natal exercise advice
  • Indian Head Massage

Rather than offering an unrealistic “quick fix” solution, Gently Fit will create a personalised, easy to follow and enjoyable programme that will consolidate your strengths and take a realistic look at your weaknesses.
This straightforward approach will be designed to help you: 

  • lose fat; 
  • tone muscle; 
  • stay flexible; 
  • manage your diet 
  • and, most of all, enjoy a happy, healthy lifestyle. 

Personal Training with Gently Fit is, just as it implies – Personal!  Not everyone will have the same fitness levels, health concerns, goals and targets etc.  Gently Fit cannot make rules to fit everyone but it can set out general guides and standard pricing for clients to follow:-

First Consultation – to include fitness testing and target setting - 30mins£20.00

First Session and future sessions (a la carte) – 1hour - £40 

Small Group Personal Training also available - price on application


Up to 60 hours before session – no charge

48 hours before session - £20.00

24 hours before session - £25.00

12 hours before session - £30.00

Same day - (regrettably) Full charge of £40.00 as the diary has been booked and there would not be time to re-fill the space
